ASTHMA :


Asthma is a chronic inflammatory respiratory disease with difficulty in breathing occurs, marked by attacks.
The symptoms may include coughing,wheezing,shortness of breath etc. The causes for Asthma may be allergic or genetic.
Our Diet therapy which helps fight asthma is mostly alkaline vegetables & fruits like carrot,beats,ash gourd,avocado,spinach,broccoli,almonds,sunflower seeds etc.
And one should have small frequent meals to reduce the triggers. 
Acidic Foods & Fruits should be completely avoided. 
Nadishodhana Pranayam also helps improve Lung functions and to bring balance in the Body and Mind.
