The other day the Director of Youth came and narrated an event. He said that they had held a bicycle race in a hill near by. All the muscular people, who had trained with proper shoes, and fancy bicycles with all the gadgets, were there for the race. They had spent a lot of money on this. And then there were a set of rural village boys or cowherds. Before these people could get up that hill, they saw the boys already cycled up to there! They had gone and come halfway back while the other people were still going up. A village milk vendor, who had to go from one town to the another to give milk, became a bicycle coach for all the youth. Even today, he is the coach.

Now, where is reality; what's the truth?

You care for your health and health food but are you healthy? Or is the one who doesn't care for health or health food really healthy? Whose health is better? It is astonishing! This is revolution to you. See what is reality; what has given you strength?

वीतशोकः सुखी भव । Do not be unhappy. There's no need to be unhappy or sad about your body, and the things happening in your mind, about people, situations, events and circumstances around you. Then,what can you be unhappy about? Can you be? Is there any other thing to be unhappy about? Is it? Sukhi bhava! It is an order as well as a blessing.

You know, people often come and ask if this or that will happen; if they will pass an exam or we the lottery. An enlightened person looks at it, and even if there's a five percent possibility, he will not say no. 'No's are much more powerful. Everyone and anyone in society,even you - has this capacity. Their 'no' has much more powerful than their 'yes'. 'No' is said absolutely when there is no possibility or it is not good for the person at all in any respect. Secondly, if someone says 'no' and one still continues to do it, it becomes a double tax or a bigger taxation. वीतशोकः सुखी भव । Be happy; devoid of sorrow.
