Once a Disciple came to The Master and expressed his desire, "I wish to have the Lord Realisation, specifically of Sri Krishna. What should I do to get it?
The Master asked, "What is your idea of Sri Krishna and what do you mean by Realisation?
The Disciple said, "I mean Sri Krishna who lived in Brindavan and I want to see him as the gopis saw him.
The Master's say, "Actually we think, Krishna is a human being or one with a human form, the son of so and so, whereas he himself has declared, `I am in the Heart of all beings, I am the beginning, the middle and the end of all forms of life.'
He is within us, as he is within all. He is our Soul. He is our Consciousness. It is when we touch Absolute Silence during our Meditation or Naama Bhakti, we ignite our own spark. We Touch our Consciousness, our Consciousness gets awakened. This state is called as Transcendental Consciousness or The Self Realisation.
Here, we Realise that the body is a transit option, a rented house. It has been provided to live this life in Naama Bhakti and regain our original powers. Till date, we have been living in Ignorance, in darkness. We believed we are the masters of our life. We are the doers. This notion is removed when we have Self Realisation.
We Realise we are The Lord Particle, whi had been sent to The UniVerse for a specific purpose. The purpose was to do Bhakti and Realise The Lord within us. Once we Realise The Lord within us, our Consciousness will be elevated to the state of Supreme Consciousness. We will merge into The Lord and become One. Then, we do not have to look for Rama consciousness or Krishna Consciousness, we are The Lord.
Rama means Pure Consciousness and Krishna means Beyond Illusion Consciousness. Both are Supreme Consciousness.
Unfortunately, instead of sitting in Naama Bhakti, we are busy in the illusionary world. We try to find The Lord outside. We are not connected with Him. Slowly we are covered by the layers of worldly attachments and bondages. The Mind is in command and Our Consciousness is in slumber.
All we need to do is do Naama Bhakti and awaken our consciousness. In the awakened state of consciousness, we will Realise that The Lord, The Gopikas and The Divine Music flowing is all ONE. It is The Parmaatma's play. He is playing all the parts and we are just mute spectators."
The Disciple asked, "How can one be worshipful while engaged in daily work?"
The Master did not reply. He was doing Meditation. Ten minutes passed. A few girls came for Darshan of The Master. They began to sing and dance. Their song was to the effect:
“We will churn the milk without losing thought of Krishna.”
The Master turned to the Disciple and said, "Once, we awaken our consciousness and immerse ourselves in The Naama Bhakti, even while doing The worldly activities, our Consciousness will be in the bliss of Absolute Silence. Thus, mind immersed in Naama Bhakti shall not seek attachment to the activities being performed.
We relish The Act of The Lord. He is the doer and he is doing everything. We are just the puppet. This surrender of our Consciousness in Supreme Consciousness enables everything to happen Naturally and as per The Lord's Will.
This state is called Bhakti, Yoga and Karma.
The Disciple asked, "Can Supreme Consciousness be realised by japa of holy names; say Rama, Krishna, etc.?"
The Master's say, "Yes. Any Naama given by The Master has the power to take our consciousness to The State of Supreme Consciousness. All we need to do is Live in The Master's Will.
The Master's Will is that we Live a life based on Truth and do as much Naama Bhakti as possible. It is only The Simran of The Naama which can take us beyond the worldly attachments and bondages. We Touch the Absolute Silence. We connect with The Nature. We immerse in The Supreme Consciousness.
Here, we are in such state that everything starts to happen Naturally, like the sun.
The Sun rises in the morning and sets in the evening. During the day, even if the cloud covers over it, still we feel the heat, but with reduced magnitude. Similarly, The Aura of an awakened Consciousness, in the state of Absolute Silence carries on even while doing Worldly activities.
As soon as the clouds move, the sun shines back. Similarly, once we start our Naama Bhakti and touch Absolute Silence, Our Consciousness shines like The Supreme Consciousness, in full valour.
Once the sun sets, we find darkness around, but Sun is still busy showering light. Similarly, when we live our lives without Naama Bhakti or awakening the consciousness, we live in ignorance. We try to find the Light outside. Whereas like the Sun, The True Light is burning all along inside us. We just need to feel it, Realise it.
If we do Naama Bhakti for minimum of 150 minutes in a day, The Supreme Light shall be with us throughout the day, in everything that we do."
The Master has shown us The Path. He has given us the most precious treasure, Naama. All we need to do is Sit and do Naama Bhakti. Both The Master and The Lord are waiting to shower their Grace.
