It is yoga to get away from the scene and be located in the seear. Sitting in the form of the eye of the beholder is only yoga.

Shiv Sutra_4.1_ A man is happy after his wishes are fulfilled, it is not the case...but he comes in depression. The disease of depression is more in the rich people, not in the poor because some desire persists in the poor… and do something else. Therefore, as long as that desire remains, they do not have depression. Therefore there is more depression among people in Western countries. Whose wishes are fulfilled, he comes into depression. As long as the will power remains in the form of a virgin, Anand comes out of his body. The next sutra is the Drusham Shriram. What you see is scene and you are a seear. If the body becomes scene, then the mind becomes seear. The mind sees everything. This is the first step to being introverted. It is yoga to get away from the scene and be located in the seear. Sitting in the form of the eye of the beholder is only yoga.
