There is no choice between ghyan yoga and karma yoga. They both are parallel.
Karma yoga is qualification for ghyan yoga.
Whether grihastha ashram or Sanyas ashram we have to karma yoga sincerely and with satvikta in our actions
Karma shud be done with ishwar arpan buddhi - offering all your actions to the lord. You do the actions for the lord. And with the attitude of ishwar Prasad buddhi - accept the fruits of your karma whether pleasant or unpleasant as the blessing (Prasad of the god)
Do your karma as Dharma - duty.
With these attitudes the karma starts becoming satvik. It brings mental poise.
Make spirituality top priority.

The one who sees inaction in action & action in inaction is wise

1. In 12 yagyas
I. worship your deity everyday
II. donate financially or other forms
III. exercise daily
IV. chant/japa
V. pranayam -meditate

2. Sthitpradnya example- your at railway station & you are watching people catching train at last moment with all their luggage etc or
The one who is relaxed while catching train at last moment, Gurudev totally relaxed in satsang in presence of 5k people

3.The one who sees inaction in action & action in inaction is wise

4. Offer punya & papa both to divinity & be free from cycle of birth & death

5. Deal some karmas in possible pleasant way so that it doesn't harm anyone

6. If someone has faith, Guru takes that person to self.

7. Do not see Guru as a physical body/person. he is God/divinity/self

8.we can't see our own face. Guru shows us our true nature. He is a mirror

9. Arjun doesn't know that he is also Krishna

10. One falls & one comes down. Avatars/higher ones(who doesn't have birth & death) comes down out of compassion to give knowledge to lower ones(who has birth & death)

Make spiritual growth as the first priority in life.

.Law of Attraction can not be given by divine to those who are corrupt in mind. Karmayoga will bring purity in mind.

.Karma yoga & Gyana yoga runs parallel; side by side in life.
Karma yog and Dnyan yog are like shirt and trouser.. Both are required.. U cant choose one

Both have to be together
. No diff between gruhastha and sanyasi when it comes to liberation. There should be nishtha, sincerity in whatever choice you make.

.dnyani gruhastha is better than agyani sanyasi.

.Karma ( Action ) + Yoga ( Attitude of action )
Action with eqanimous mind is karmayoga.

.how to keep mind calm
_ishwar arpan buddhi ( all actions offered to divine)
_ishwar prasad buddhi ( take everything in life as gift from God )
_ offering your own self
_ using Karma Yoga as a cleansing tool
_ as Dharma ( duty)

. GOD HAS GIVEN A GIFT OF LIFE TO YOU. WHAT YOU DO IN LIFE IS A GIFT TO GOD

.More sattvik actions, more ability for knowledge to dawn.

.Enlightened ones, even though they are not required to do any rituals they do it to set Role model.

. Anyone who contributes to srushtichakra also receives Grace.

. Surrender actions keeping focus only on self. Like compass needle is focussed only on north.

.Make spiritual growth as the first priority in life.

. Mental poise can be attained by
_ ishwar arpan buddhi
_ ishwar prasad buddhi
_ nirasi :.Not thinking about future hope
_ nirmam: By not taking complete credit of result of action.

.Those who abuse knowledge, will always be in misery.

.Devotee will never drown in Maya.

.Spirituality starts when you decide to change yourself and not the world.

. What prevents people from karmayoga is Kam ( desire ) +krodh ( associated anger ) . Mind gets very attached to desires.

.Surrendering and focussing on divinity; with viveka enemy of desire can be defeated.

Gum will become honey with practise of karma yoga & gyan yoga

1.Maya is benevolent for devotee & it catches ignorant people.

2. Real Yagya is our everyday action offering to divinity.

3. Every sadhak should add sattvik activities everyday

4. When we get success be humble when we get failure take it as a prasad

5. Don't take full credit for result. Many people played their role for the result.

6. If we give quality time to divine then only we can get quality results.

7. We can't run away from karma whether in grahasthashram or sanyasashram

8. Wherever there is desire, anger will be there

9. Gum will become honey with practise of karma yoga & gyan yoga

To avoid doshbuddhi...

To avoid doshbuddhi...
1. Make spritual growth top priority
2. All do the action, take result as ishwar prasad
3. Don't think of the future, free from hope
4. Nirmam, whatever u do, don't try to take complete credit of the action
5..??

Vivek- sprituality is when you decide to change self instead of others

With Viveka, desire goes away ..
