O Dear! one who is free from three types of impurities, who is beyond all Adhvā (pathways), who is devoid of Māyā and attachment and thus after attaining complete purity he achieves the supreme peace which is everlasting, Devi! that everlasting omnipotent lord is called by the name of 'Paripurna-Parmātma'.

Even a little space in the world is the form of fullness of the creator, insurmountable and unimaginable. In the process of thirty six elements from Sivatattva to Prithivi (earth), all elements exist in each tattva. Every particle of this world is the form of fullness- Pūrnatā.
यथा ब्रह्माण्डे तथा पिण्डे॥
Just his fullness is evident in this whole cosmos similarly in each and every physical form also. It is why God is named as omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent, because from the cosmos to the minutest atom everything is covered by his fullness.

Whosoever has tasted the taste of this state even in negligible way for him all types of meditation appear as venomous i.e. distasteful and harmful.

I am alone in this world or in my home, this fear haunts one every time and he feels dejected. But I am "Aham", not other than him. This resolve makes one fearless because he is glorfied with his fullness.
⁃ Abhinavagupta
He who without hesitation views that world only as your form, is eternally joyful. Where lies fear then?
हरिरेव जगत् जगत् एव हरिः

Harih (Lord) is universe, universe is Harih, so how can an individual be other than Harih? One who has developed this sort of thinking, he alone attains the state of super consciousness and this type of individual, crosses this fearful worldly ocean without any difficulty. Knower of this truth of fullness is the real knower of Siva Tattva.

O dear one ! externally or internally where where our mind goes, there there is the state of fullness. So by going here and there, let it go, our mind at last will rest at fullness.

Pūrṇatā or Anuttara is the highest transcendental reality which is established everywhere. It is this śūnya which contains in itself everything and which materialises itself in the concrete form of this physical and subtle universe.
⁃ Svacchanda Tantrā
