Fear is like Salt
Little bit of fear is important to keep us alert. You become aware in the present moment. But it tears the physical body apart . It’s after effects are very unpleasant and it creates too many toxins.
The only fear is not to lose this body. Fear is closely associated with the body.
Fear comes up in a child when he / she starts developing self-recognition or ego.
Who can insult - one who is either very unhappy or one woh is very happy. Only a very excited person can say things that hurt another person.
Gods have the divine quality of abhaya. Humans have an knots of fear in them. Ashtavakra says - when fear comes, you can only wonder about it. Do not negate enlightenment ! See lust, desire, I-ness and dear as just passing clouds.
desire is - present moment is not enough, craving for a future moment.
*Observe the as though it is happening elsewhere- that’s how one doesn’t get disturbed*.
GURUDEV takes us through the *difference between Wonder & Curiosity. *
Curiosity is the beginning of mind & wonder is the end of mind.
Curiosity is the mother of science & Wonder is the mother of spirituality.
Curiosity expands your understanding & Wonder completes your understanding.
If curiosity has not risen in you, you have inertia and you are almost dead. When your curiosity surpasses the mind and grows into wonder, that is real blossoming and spiritual growth.
Maturity of science is spirituality.
*See the world out of curiosity but beyond curiosity. _*
This entire universe comes & flows. Most excellent events come, float & pass away. Even if death comes, it cannot shake the enlightened one.
There is nothing to be worried about. All events come and go as per law of karma, both pleasant and unpleasant event pass..
