2. Pitta ( fire element) digestion of food
3. Kapha ( water element) - stabilizes body, gives strength.
Our universe has it's own rythm of everything and we also have our own rythm of breath.
Breath ( vayu) element is vital force for life and due to environmental and various effect we, forget our natural rythm of breathing and our normal function of body is disturbed due to which we experience various physical, mental and emotional problems.
