1. You are not here to blame.

2. You are not here to cry.

3. You are not here to sleep.

4. You are not here to show off.

5. You are not here to fight.

6. You are not here to be miserable.

7. You are not here to be angry.

8. You are not here to worry.

यदि तुम कहते हो कि तुम्हारा इस संसार में कोई नहीं, तो तुम मुझे अस्वीकार कर रहे हो। और यदि तुम मुझे अपने से अलग समझोगे, तो मैं तुम्हारे लिए कुछ नहीं कर सकता।

विवेक है यह जानना कि सब-कुछ परिवर्तनशील है। तुम्हें बार-बार इसके प्रति सचेत होना है- यह संसार, सभी लोग, हमारा शरीर, भावनाएं, सभी हर क्षण बदल रहे है।

जब तुम्हें दुःख अनुभव होता है, यह समझो कि तुम्हारा विवेक दब गया है।

प्रश्न: मैं यहाँ किस लिए हूँ?

श्री श्री: पता लगाओ तुम यहाँ किस लिए नहीं हो:

१. तुम यहाँ आरोपों के लिए नहीं हो।

२. तुम यहाँ रोने के लिए नहीं हो।

३. तुम यहाँ सोने के लिए नहीं हो।

४. तुम यहाँ दिखावा करने के लिए नहीं हो।

५. तुम यहाँ झगड़ने के लिए नहीं हो।

६. तुम यहाँ दुःखी होने के लिए नहीं हो।

७. तुम यहाँ क्रोधित होने के लिए नहीं हो।

८. तुम यहाँ चिंता करने के लिए नहीं हो।

" जब तुम आनंद के पीछे भागते हो, दुःख तुम्हारा पीछा करता है।

जब तुम ज्ञान के पीछे चलते हो, आनन्द तुम्हारा पीछा करता है।"
