It is skill that makes it easy

It is skill that makes it easy

Unlikely of Arjuna , king Janak  realized very soon that I'm not a sinner .  I'm  untouched by the three gunas  of nature. Sato guna, सतो गुण Rajo guna  रजोगुण ,n  Tamo guna  तमोगुण of the nature प्रकृति l Words  of Ashtavakra touched his heart n he immediately realized the Truth n Recognition.

Three things can change our प्रकृति (nature)  1   सात्विक भोजन   food  2. सत्संग  Association  3. Atmosphere.   आसपास का वातावरण  l All three gunas keep changing.   Which guna  dominate , that's depend on these 3 things.King Janaka discovered that entire universe is made up of God, self , our consciousness.  Nothing is beyond that.  He realized that whole World is mine or nothing is mine.  It just needs the skill to look at this .Bubbles in the water , waves in the Ocean,  can't be separated from water. Bubbles come n rise n dissolve in the water . We r same like that. Same like people were in the space. They went into the space like Bubbles. So Ocean is God n we r Bubbles.  We just have to tilt our eyes n see that God is everywhere n in everything.  God is omnipresent , omnipotent , Omniscient.
Nature is moving, changing all the time like the waves. Events are not big. If the events n happenings dominate, then pleasant n unpleasant impressions will be there. They suppress our joy sometimes.  But if we r in our Existence, then we'll be remain same in joy all the time. Our mind is also a bubble, our moods are also bubbles  and waves. Moments cannot be hold like bubbles.  But we have habit of holding unpleasant memories.  So skil is needed to see everything from different angle n keep moving untouched, untarnished  n unstained  peacefully n joyfully.

1. Respect without love is like boredom (where we miss a beautiful feeling)
Love without respect is also not complete.
In divine love, both love and respect exists.

2. Do not blame yourself,
Live with your foolishness.

3. Sadhna, practices change our prakriti. Food, atmosphere, association changes our prakriti.

4. When you realise you are beyond the events, without making any fuss about it, be in it. Don't resist. Because what you resists, persists.

5. Observe your feeling and dance on it.

6. Either the whole world is mine or nothing is mine.

7. Bhagwad Geeta happened in the war field, here Arjuna was constantly questioning and at last Lord Krishna said leave everything, do what you feel like.
While in Ashtavakra Geeta, Raja Janaka is wondering not questioning.

8. I am peace myself.

9. The entire universe is made up of God. Like bubbles rise in water, waves rise in ocean, everything in universe rises and merges back to God/Self.

10. Form does not have name in it, name does have form in it.

11. Realisation 1 is I am hollow & empty. Realisation 2 is I am everything.

12. An ornament can be called as bangle, necklace, earring but a jeweller will call everything as Gold. Similarly we all are made up of same brahman/consciousness/God.

13. Diametric opposite values co-exist. All opposite values exists in this universe. (All exist within God as God)

14.  When we look at events, existence lose its value.
When we look at existence, events lose its value.
Events gives small joy and pain, Existence gives only jou and bliss.

15. You can't catch the events. Only Quietness is me, rest is not me.

16. See whole world as bubble on the surface of the water. See people as bubbles, brahman on surface of the water.

17. One mood can't remain for more than 2 and a quarter days. So mind is also the bubble on the brahman.

18. We have an old habit of hanging on unpleasant memories than pleasant memories.

19. It's skill that makes it easy.
